Hotel is perfect for a stay in Madrid. Close to metro (Sol) and within walking distance of most attractions. Plenty of shopping/restaurants close and staff are lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

Love this hotel! Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. And hotel is close to all the sights plus the Metro is practically 10 steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the location — it’s right in the heart of downtown Madrid and within easy walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but that worked perfectly for our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though we did have an issue with the shower — the water temperature kept shifting from hot to cold and back again, which made it tricky to use. Aside from that, everything else was good, and the convenience of the location really made our trip enjoyable.

Arrived at 8:30 am and although our room was not ready-nor did we expect it to be- they immediately offered to store our bags and get a room ready for us asap. Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Convenient location - although centre to the plaza with mass demonstrations- creating noise. Room was adequate - bathroom needed renovation. Great Air conditioning! Wifi was weak in rooms. Overall recommend and would stay again.

The property was ideally situated right next to Sol metro. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and sufficient space. The breakfast provided a brilliant start to the day with a great variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying that the staff are welcoming and very helpful, however the rooms are very small, you can not walk around the bed. My husband use the sink to wash his hands and water came out of the drain on the bathroom floor with a very unpleasant smell. We stood that night in that hotel because it was already too late (10pm) to look for another hotel. Next morning we checkout and transferred to another hotel. The staff was very helpful.
