Hotel is under construction. So outside entrances are difficult to navigate. There are no food services and not many close by. Hotel staff is not helpful with directions or giving information. Also I paid for a panoramic view and they didn’t give me that either.

My experience was pretty good. The location is 10/10. The hotel was clean, renovated and staff very friendly. The bedroom has a nice decor and very comfy. They are still doing construction, and I’m sure the hotel will look beautiful once completed.

This is a beautiful hotel but a bit impersonal. We were there 3 nights and staff didn't really speak with us except to check us in. Our room on the eighth floor had the most amazing view of Madrid. The hotel is under construction so some amenities were not available but the bedding was very nice and we made the most of our stay.
