Really nice Hotel. Helpful Reception staff and lovely breakfast. Nothing was to much trouble. A little noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights, but to be expected as it is a busy street and our room was at the front of the hotel. Would use this hotel again as it is so handy and lovely and clean.

Comfortable hotel in excellent location

Pros: Comfortable; an excellent location
Cons: The shower took a long time before warm water started to flow. However, that could be down to the design of the whole building.
Very well situated in the heart of Madrid. The room was a decent size and had all we needed. Wifi easy to connect and worked well. All staff that we had contact with were pleasant. On our last day we left our cases at the hotel after checking out. When we came back to collect them we were helped by a member of staff who had already finished his shift and was leaving for home.

great hotel

hotel was perfect i had stayed in the other petit palace in sol and thought this is what i booked. this was a bit further down but still perfect, fab location. i requested a front room and got it , disco facing so bit noisy but your in a busy vibrant city so noise expected, spanish go out very late. breakfast room lovely and loads to choose from hot and cold, got a bit busy at main time but still plenty of food. location ideal couldn't get any more central. would stay again the price was great for 3 nights with breakfast.

Prima in hart van centrum. Schoon, betaalbaar. Enigszins rumoerig aan de straat-zijde. Airco aan en ramen dicht. Niet erg comfortabel, maar te doen.
