The hotel is fairly good, friendly staff and some staff can speak English, the room is fairly convinient and it would be nice to have soft chairs inside the room and hotel lobby. Im deeply concern about security access for guests and hotel staff, anyone can access the elevator as there is no security code, the reception desk uas no direct view from those elevators and main hotel doors so please do something about it. Hotel rooms should provise bathrobe especially during the cold months. Otherwise the hotel is fairly good.

Pros: Nicely designed decor. Pleasant and helpful staff. Centrally positioned.

Cons: Tea/coffee/water availability would be nice.

Location: Near to market, plazas and bars/restaurants. Walkable to art galleries, parks and cable car.

We had an enjoyable experience in this centrally placed hotel. Everything we needed was within easy reach, particularly as we enjoy wandering around to get the feel of a place.

super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Pros: sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, einfach sehr angenehm

Cons: WLAN im obersten Stock war zeitweise schwach und kaum brauchbar

3 Tage in Madrid, eine wundervolle Auszeit, das Hotel war sehr zentral und deshalb konnten wir Alles zu Fuss erreichen
