I was able to check in upon arrival in Madrid at 8am by agreeing to upgrade to a larger room. That made all the difference for the start of my vacation! Much appreciated! The room was comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped.

My son and I loved the hip vibe of the hotel, the swanky decor and artistic flair, the attention to details in the room amenities and the graciousness and attention of the staff. Breakfast buffet is an absolute must add-on, so glad we did that. Staff even gave us breakfast to go as we left early for our flight. Terrace bar is spectacular as well

I truly appreciate the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made my daughter’s birthday celebration so special. Their care and consideration did not go unnoticed, and it meant a lot to us. The breakfast was a delightful experience with a wonderful variety of tasty options. However, I did find the room to be quite small, even compared to other Room Mate locations I’ve experienced. Additionally, there were renovations happening on our floor, which unfortunately made our stay a bit noisy at times. The hotel’s location in the city center is certainly vibrant, but it does come with its challenges, including large crowds and heavy traffic at all hours. On a positive note, the round-the-clock security gave us a great sense of safety throughout our stay. While I don’t think we will return here because of the room size, I sincerely hope to be able to enjoy the facilities next time we visit Madrid. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality.

Hotel boutique con excelente ubicación en plena Gran Vía donde todo ocurre. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que reservamos una habitación con cama king y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no estaba disponible y nos asignaron un cuarto con cama twin separadas. Aparte de eso, el hotel se encontraba en construcción al momento de nuestra estadía y hubieron ocasiones donde el ruido de las máquinas molestó un poco. Personal amable, bufet de desayuno bastante completo. La terraza hermosa. Overall precio calidad fue muy bien.

Good modern hotel

Good hotel in very busy street Gran Via. Reception is on the 9th floor and the rooms below that. We had paid for a street view. Room was modern, compact and comfortable bed. No door on the bathroom but toilet and shower do have doors so don’t worry!! Great sound proofing as did not hear a thing from outside when in the room. Breakfast served on 9th floor were delicious. Small rooftop pool tho too cold to use in February plus we had no time. Would recommend hotel, good location for sight seeing.
