hotel was good until we had problems with our room

Hotel and holiday was fine until we had issues with the room. The hotel have 2 types of rooms. We were given an older style room with sea view which was nice but it meant access via the patio door. Our problems started when trying to explain to the hotel that the patio door would not lock on one side leaving the room unsecure whilst we were alsleep and away from the room. The childrens bed is also next to the patio door. When we pointed the issue out to the staff, they became rude and unhelpful and were reluctant to allow us to move room until the issue fixed. They actually lied and advised all rooms were like this and at 1am in the morning I had to have the staff show me this in an available room - needless to say this room was secure. After a very heated argument, and several more phone calls the next day the hotel reluctantly changed the broken lock. The aircon and bathroom mirror also broke during the holiday. Hotel is spoilt by unhelpful staff and poorly maintained rooms. Other than that a nice stay but closer to a 3 star.

Good.... But not great

This isn't a bad hotel. It's just not great. It was my first experience in a resort in Europe and, if you have kids, it's about as good as it gets - there are unlimited activities to keep a family (or just the kids) occupied and entertained. For the couple looking to pamper themselves and have a relaxing holiday, it is certainly not that. Most people are on an all inclusive which results in much of the food and drinks being simple and copious, but not mouth watering. In fact such a high proportion of guests have all-in wrist bands that the staff seem to be confused how to process cash purchases (we had only breakfast and dinner included). Word of warning, if you get the shared bus from the airport you will make about 20 stops on the way to punta reina (it's the last stop) so I would strongly suggest a taxi for mini cab, even at the higher price, or expect to spend 2.5 hours in the bus. The rooms are basic but clean, basically a place to sleep but not much more (although the apartments are self catering). There is wifi in the lobby but it is excruciatingly slow In summary, if you have young kids and are looking for a nice family holiday, I think this hotel is perfect.

Schöne Lage mit Meerblick.

Pros: Die Lage.
Cons: Fernseh in den Appartements ins Schlafzimmer, nicht im Wohnzimmer.
Leider hatten wir am ersten Tag Ameisen im Zimmer. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption wurden sie mit Gift bekämpft. Zum Essen im Buffetraum ist es sehr laut. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöne Buchten zum Schwimmen, Pools sind sauber.

De vraies vacances pour les parents !

Pros: Les animations et animateurs
L'hôtel est un apparthôtel. Il y a 2 plaques de cuisine, frigo à disposition. Nous avons testé 1 seule piscine (la principale), bien agréable. En été, il faut se lever pour prendre des transats (ils sont enchaînés et libre dès 9h). Par contre, en octobre, aucun problème. Les buffets sont variés et copieux. Le personnel est très gentil. Les animateurs sont au TOP. Il y a des clubs de différents âge (mini, maxi, ado, adultes). Beaucoup parmi eux parlent le français, c'est génial. Le soir, les spectacles sont également donné par les animateurs ou parfois par des artistes extérieurs. Un vrai régal ces vacances (la preuve, on a fait 1 semaine en juillet.... et on est revenu en octobre). La semaine de juillet, je suis partie avec mes enfants de 12 et 16 ans que je n'ai quasiment pas vu de la semaine. Un régal !

Geslaagd vakantie

Zeer mooi omgeving( uitzicht),kindvriendelijk hotel, goede service,aangenaam temperatuur ( eind Maart ), wel ver van luchthaven 68 km met taxi kost het 75 euro. Eten in algemeen goed ontbijt kan beter, Zeer goeie Wi-Fi ontvangst. Voor ons was het geslaagd vakantie

Familienfreundliche Hotelanlage

Das Hotel eignet sich insbesondere für Leute mit Kindern. Kinderlos würde ich es nicht buchen. Doch der Speisesaal empfand ich als zu gross/ dementsprechend sehr laut und ungemütlich. Man hat noch zwei weitere Restaurants (im Hotel) zur Auswahl, doch sind diese widerum zu klein (langes Anstehen).

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr feines Essen mit netter, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Bedienung. Gute Lage aber nicht mit eigenem Sandstrand. Das Personal an der Reception liess uns warten und war nicht entsprechend zuvorkommend.

Décevant, ne plus recommander

Réception, à la masse (énormément de monde), peu agréable, très décevant pour le prix payé !!!!!. Hôtel vieillot, chambre sans vue. Repas également cantine et bruyant, personnel peu sympathique. Pratiquement pas de Wlan. Chambre moche, sale, et pas du tout correspondante à l'image catalogue. La seule chose bien est sa situation, belle plage bien que souvent sale. Sinon horrible hôtel de masse. Repas matin ok, Soir berk.

Immer wieder herrlich mit Familie

Trotz all incl. sind alle Mitarbeiter an der Bar sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Für Kinder schon ab 2 gibt es tolle Unterhaltung und die Animation gibt jeden Tag alles für Gross und Klein! Wir waren nun schon 2 mal dort und wir werden unsere Ferien in dieser tollen Hotelanlage verbringen!
