Faulty room

Arrived check in easy,went to the sports bar for a meal which we thought a bit expensive £18 steak and ale pie which was nice but the pastry was rock hard not worth the money.Hotel room was nice but when we arrived back after a long night the bathroom was flooded.Broken gasket had to move rooms, which when we moved there were cobwebs and a spider which frightened my granddaughter. Offered a free breakfast which we accepted. Overall the hotel is lovely but just our experience ruined by the faulty room .

Family stay.

Amazing place to stay for family. Gym, pool and sports side were perfect. Got conflicting information from reception staff and leisure staff on timings of swimming and gym so walk down first and ask to make sure. Room with two double beds was good with plenty of space. Nice and quiet area to relax. Breakfast was good, lots of choices on offer. Food was abit pricey for whole family to eat so we had to go down the road two minutes to local pub which was good for families. Check out was easy. No goodbye and thank-you for staying from both reception staff considering they were both doing nothing at the time. Small things go along way if you want people to return. But one member of leisure club was amazing to us, wishing my son happy birthday, he was well chuffed so thank-you. Overall we were all happy with the stay and the price was excellent.

Beautiful, top quality hotel in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive from Old Trafford (we are there for the football) and The Trafford Centre. Nice pool, nice bars, great breakfast, great surroundings - what more could you ask for?

Easter weekend.

Great facilities for everyone. Great location. Lovely grounds. Great breakfast. Great rooms. Very shocked at such great service for a budget friendly hotel. Will definitely stay again. They even had Easter things to do for my child. Great surprise. And the easter bunny.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing as were the facilities. Kids loved the pool and the gym was great too. Lots of different areas to eat and the room was ideal looking over the golf course. Would definitely stay here again.
