The check-in was delayed for computer reasons, the staff was very apologetic. I left before breakfast was served. Luckily I was awake at 5:00 am when the hotel called to tell me there wasn't a room for me that night. When I explained I was already in a room, he apologized. The room was good sized and clean.

Elevators smelled bad. Air/heating didn’t work! Toilet seat was broken. Maintenance came to room. Didn’t fix anything. Said our hotel is full. Wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just more or less deal with it. Couch and carpet in room had stains on it. Their rooms need updated. I also didn’t feel safe in the area.

Cleanliness Matters and it Shows.

It was clean in the rooms and restrooms. Elevators had a nice smell which is something I don’t expect to make note of but it was. Breakfast had great options and the dining area felt welcoming as we enjoyed a longer time eating breakfast there. I would stay here again.

When I arrived the left me stand there for five minutes are so, after I told him I was there to check in. The carpets were very dirty, bathroom was very small, the bed had a dime in the middle of the sheets, which made me know the sheets were not clean. Many things like mirror was dirty. There were other things as well.
