Photos didn’t match the photos here on this site, hallways are extremely dirty with trash everywhere, dirty laundry was outside of people’s door, even with a ‘no smoking’ sign you could absolutely smell smoking and drug use. My room door could be opened without the key card. I told the receptionist up front nothing was done. Extremely unsafe experience. Even, with a low budget hotel the experience was unacceptable. There was condom trash in the nightstand next the bedside table. Bathroom walls had water damage and was still leaking. Bathrooms couldn’t even have a proper toilet paper holder. Broken lamp shades, holes in the curtains, holes in the bedding and so much more. The receptionist, staff and management absolutely don’t care about the safety of their clients. DON’T STAY HERE EVER!

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even for the price. Check in went fine, but that was the end of the comfort and niceness. Everything beyond this point was questionable and had a film of filth covering it. Literally the lobby, hallways, and elevator had no a/c whatsoever. Our room did not even have a working lock on the door. The A/c in our room could barely even be considered “working” as it stayed on hi the entire stay and barely kept the room at a bearable temperature. We had to request cleaning supplies and clean sheets from the house keeper to clean our room before I was comfortable setting my belongings down on any surface in the room. There were ashes on all of the tables, we had to sweep and mop our floor, the walls had stains and sticky spots from the floor to the ceiling, the sheets had stains and burn holes in them. And we even saw roaches throughout the rooms and halls. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve had even in a cheap room. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, but there was absolutely no reason for this level of disgust.

This property did not have working AC and had safety concerns where I felt imminent danger as the employee described and active manhunt in the building. See my Google review for more details. I’m disappointed that Expedia would advertise such a place and not take reviews into account or continue to deal with properties that do not honor their pledged refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I’m done using Expedia at all. Buyer beware.

The room was unacceptable. No lamp shade over a single bare bulb. Bedding was dirty with cigarette burns. Mold in bathroom. None of the amenities I was promised by the advert and the pictures are fake on Expedia. There were people working on broke down cars and garbage in the lot. We did not feel safe and did not stay. Will demand my money be returned.

Don’t stay here. Pictures are not reality

The pictures on hotels.com are complete false advertisement. The real thing is nothing like the pictures. It’s dark and dirty with no AC in the lobby and what looks like bullet proof glass when you walk in. I think only prostitutes and drug dealers would feel comfortable there. They should be banned from the website and I’m very disappointed in hotels.com. Never using them again because they did nothing about the situation and I lost my money because I refused to stay in such a disgusting place.
