"We stayed one night after our holiday following a late arrival into Manchester airport. We waited around 20 mins for the courtesy bus, which was clean and quick. check-in was easy, the room was clean and easy to find, and the beds were very comfortable.We didn't use any other facilities bar breakfast, which was also very good. A tiny possible improvement: the same number of bath towels as room occupants (we had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for a 4-person family room), I would use this hotel again and I would recommend it. We are a family with 15 and 17 year old children."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are here. They were always willing to help and ensured we were doing well. Amazing. The breakfast was good. Hotel is very quiet. We extended our stay here based on how happy we were with the hotel."
