Perfect for all seasons! Great for winter holidays and warm beach days. 4 bedrooms/2 bath on a corner lot. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Come enjoy our home in the best town in New York! Enjoy this spacious cape style home right in the center of Montauk. Close to beaches, marina, town and restaurants. Four bedrooms and separate den and dinning rooms make for a great family getaway.

Check out weekly and monthly discounts. Beaches, schools and stores are less than 2 miles away.

Owners live nearby. Our cleaning service can be arranged during the stay.

montauk

went out east for a family wedding. thought more people would stay at the house. it had room for 8 to sleep comfortably. the kitchen had everything you would need to make meals. the neighborhood was delightful. our friendly dog loved it too! it was close to town. was able to see some sights before the tropical depression invaded. if i’m ever out that way again i would stay.

Montauk Summer Stay

Perfect house

Lauren was and excellent host and the property was perfect for us. We will absolutely be booking this in the future. The rooms were all good size and the dual living rooms afforded numerous additional sleeping options. The house is situated on a corner lot so it feels much bigger than the pics suggest.

We enjoyed our stay

Lauren was super easy to have as a "landlord" during our 2 week stay. She was very communicative and texted/called us back whenever we had any questions. We also encountered a storm while staying there and they came to bring all the patio furniture in and prepare for the storm which was great! It's close to everything in Montauk and we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing

We have stayed at VRBO homes internationally and domestically for several years. All of our experiences were top notch. However, not this time. Following are some comments re our three night stay: 1. The window upstairs in the master bedroom is treacherous! As my wife attempted to open the window, it crashed down on her hand, bruising her hand. This is a priority repair. Luckily, she had no broken bones. 2. There is a strong odor upstairs that was so disturbing that we did not sleep in the master BR. 3. As discussed with the owner, the lights did not work outside the front door. Plugs throughout the two sitting rooms did not work either. I never received a call from the owner to guide me through the fuse box and electrical panel in order to fix the problem. 4. Frying pans were extremely dirty. 5. Toaster does not work. 6. Not enough pots to cook meals. 7. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated.

A nice stay

My husband and I along with a free close friends had a lovey time in Montauk. 5 minutes to the middle of town, but far enough away to have a quiet relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks!
