We had a wonderful stay at the S Hotel! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Kayla, Marlon, and even the drivers—Vincent and Freeman—were all incredibly helpful and kind. The resort itself is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It truly had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back! And if you’re looking for a great tour guide, be sure to ask for Freeman—he was fantastic!

Small boutique hotel. The beach makes it worth it. Food mediocre, few choices at the buffet, but tolerable. Surprisingly few choice of fruit for given location. Very low variety day to day. Drinks terrible. Staff are nice and friendly.

This is a 3 star hotel at most. The property of the rooms were not clean, also you had to book restaurants in advance before your vacation starts that is Terrible. Restaurants are limited. No alcohol until after 10 most things don’t happen until after 10am a joke. Not a 5 star. I’m glad we left after two days and went to more luxury resort. Most of the staff were friendly! The servers on the beach hated their jobs and made us walk over to serve ourselves each time

Loved the decor of the property; also the reduced resort capacity lead to stress-free access to the buffet, the a la carte restaurants, pool / beach chairs, etc. While the daytime and nighttime activities could be upgraded, the current level does lead to a more "chill" environment. Surprised that there were no hot tubs on the premises.The beach area, though quite small, was better than most beaches in Montego Bay! The only other issue I encountered was the current output from the electrical outlets didn't operate my shaver, which requires the std American voltage(110/120v). Overall, I was impressed with this resort and will definitely will return in the future!

Just beautiful. Didn’t fall short of any expectations. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room service was quick. Drinks were good vibes were great music was nice. Very walkable area. We walked to Margaritaville and other surrounding attractions. The staff was great and took care of our needs. The rooms were very clean. The beach was beautiful. The pool was beautiful. The spa services were incredible. I wanna go back!

This was an amazing place to stay. Me and my wife went for our 20th anniversary trip. And it was amazing. From the time we step foot out of our taxi until the time we left the staff was pleasant and amazing in every way. My only downfall is that I had to leave. I can’t wait until my next visit which will me even longer.

For the all-inclusive it didn’t feel like we had many options for how much we paid. Limited food options and times on drinking. Also not much to do at the actual hotel. The ambience/scenery was nice and the hotel is clean but outside of that I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth for how much I spent on the room and for all inclusive.
