You have a 5star employee, Gorob (sp?). He's helped my wife and I over the years with enthusiasm and helpful suggestions. Always smiling, too. He recognizes us as soon as we walk through the reception doors.

I've stayed at this property numerous times. It is my go to in the Mountain View area. Always had a great experience with the exception of this past week. Checked in 12/1/2025 and checked out 12/4/2025. The problem was a dog that began barking at 5:00 am and continued for at least 60-90 minutes. It's amazing to me that management would allow a barking dog at their property. I spoke to Tara at the front desk and told her that for the first time since I began staying at the property I had a complaint. My job will bring me back to this property in two weeks. If the dog isn't gone / moved, I will stay elsewhere. Thank you, Alan

My mom found the room comfortable and a good location for having her dog with her. She wasn’t greeted very well by the front desk and her room key was an issue teying to get into her room. Otherwise, she enjoyed her stay.

Free parking was definitely the main draw of this property. Even though on paper the location seemed ideal, being right next to main freeways, the entrance is rather tricky to find or get to. But once yo got the hang of it it's no problem. Breakfast is continental (muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate), and only seats for 4 at a time. Staff is friendly and helpful, but bear in mind front office is open 7 am to 11 pm (?). The room itself is spacious but somewhat bare. TV works. They have 2 floors but no elevator (that I'm aware).

The room was fine, but I have to give 1 star because my car was broken into and some of my property was stolen. The place is not safe and you can't leave your car unattended. I've stayed in a lot of places during my business travels over the past 15 years, and this is the first time this has ever happened. Be warned!

The manager had the exterminator come and treat my room. All my belongings are exposed to the pesticides. I was denied access to the room all day. They refused to give me ah refund, or treat my car, and replace the items which were damaged. I've lost a week's wages. And to top it all off, I'm allergic to bedbugs! I'm suffering from the gross negligence!

We stayed at Extended Stay in Mountain View and had a very poor experience. The fire alarm in our room chirped both nights. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but the wrong batteries were provided at midnight. We replaced them the next day, but the alarm started loudly chirping again at 4 a.m. Management acknowledged an issue with the fire alarm system, which is concerning. On top of that, the noise from upstairs guests past midnight and people talking outside late into the night made it impossible to rest. We were in town for a family funeral, so this was especially difficult. The hotel offered a voucher for a future stay, but we will not be using it as we have no intention of staying with Extended Stay again. A partial refund would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured we will not return to any Extended Stay property.
