This hotel is quite expensive for what it is. There is almost nobody to help you to/from your room. It's clean and nice, and in a great plaza where you can easily grab food or groceries within a 1-2 minute walk.

A very pleasant stay! Would highly recommend! Came in with my elderly mother for a quick stay to see family. This hotel exceeded my expectations, easy check-in, clean, quiet, and the amenities and room condition were beyond lovely. The hotel had easy parking for a reasonable rate as well as it felt safe and lots of food, exercise options right around the property! Definitely will go back next time I'm in the Bay Area!

Falsely Charged for Water I Never Used

I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed by an unprofessional incident. Despite not consuming the bottled water in the room, I was charged seven dollars. The front desk simply blamed the housekeeping team and claimed it was out of their hands, which felt very unprofessional. It gave the impression that the housekeeping staff were more focused on creating unnecessary charges than on providing honest and professional service. Such behavior comes across as desperate for profit at the expense of guest trust, which is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the issue promptly.
