As you enter the room you`ll have four private bedrooms - three guest bedrooms with two queen beds and a king in the master. This condo also has 4 full baths - two with luxurious Jacuzzi tubs and one with standing shower. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 5 TV`s so everyone can watch what they want.

This is 2100 sq ft 4 bedroom/4 bathroom 8th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from everywhere master in this oceanfront property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as `The Golden Mile`, which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen.



This unit comes with three (3) free covered parking spaces.

Great Amenities, space, and views!

We had a very short trip for a volleyball tournament so we really didn't get to spend as much time at the resort as we had hoped. But, the unit was clean, spacious, and had the most amazing views. The key cards for the parking garage had to be replaced daily. We got trapped twice, but other than that (resort issue not something the owner had any control over) our stay was great. We would definitely rent again!!!

Our trip to Myrtle Beach was fabulous. The condo was better in some ways than I imagined and not as good in other ways. It was very clean! No doubt about that. We were impressed, the cleaning crew is obviously spectacular. It was incredibly spacious, and although I was concerned we might feel cramped with there being 13 of us, we didn't. I will say, if you plan on having multiple people in the kitchen at a time, hang that up. It's a 1, max 2, people kitchen. Also, there's only comfortable seating in the living room for 5 to watch TV, but it's such an open concept, that didn't phase us. Besides, we were on the beach most of the trip, not in front of the TV. Another super impressive thing to us was how fast the owners responded when we realized one of the AC units wasn't working. They were quick to send someone out (literally within an hr of us reporting it) and it was fixed the next morning. Really the only thing I was disappointed in was some cosmetic issues. There were bad patch jobs on the walls in the living room, spots near the shower that needed repair, a door handle that was nearly falling off, and a closet door that was off completely. Again, nothing to write home about, but things that could make it a 10/10 if fixed. Another thing to note- the location was fabulous, the Waterpark was impressive, and the amenities were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes for everything you can think of. It really was great. Thanks for having us!!

Perfectly fine but nothing spectacular

The condo was large enough for our family of 7 and it's always nice to be right off the beach, but the unit is certainly old and using the kitchen was a struggle. The oven is on its last leg, so as many meals as we were prepared to cook we had to make other plans. The bedding wasn't super comfortable but also not terrible. The bedroom TVs are super old and do not turn on every channel so we were stuck watching the kids shows in the main living area. We had a little difficulty getting checkin instructions and getting ahold of our host with a few questions but overall enjoyed our time together for a family vacation.

Numerous cockroaches upon arrival. Had to go buy baits. Decor is way outdated. Carpet is puckered and loose in several areas. Linens are very cheap and thin. Pool towels are ridiculously small and overall service was terrible at the restaurant and bars. Nice view but that’s about it. Must be better places

This condo was great for a multiple family vacation. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Right on the beach, with a great kitchen (we ate most of our meals in the condo). The kids had so much fun in the waterpark and the adults enjoyed quiet evenings. Highly recommend if you have a large family.

Property was perfect, no issues no need to communicate with owners. Beautiful balcony. The corner view was amazing. Could see the sunrise and the sunset. All 10 of us were very comfortable. Indoor hot tubs and lazy rivers and waterslides were all well-maintained. Good music by the pool and the bar. Only downside was the restaurant was way over priced. You cannot go wrong with this condo. We will be back.

Dunes Village vacation

This condo was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths accommodated all of us very well. The place is very spacious and well stocked with all that we needed. What attracted me most to this property was the comfort and space of the condo and the pool areas and water parks available right on the property. Along with having the beach so close, it was the perfect place for all of us, from grandparents to teens to younger children. We had a great time and enjoyed this trip very much.

This is our 5th year to North Myrtle Beach and our 3rd different condo. I think we have found our forever stay. The condo is just perfect, master bedroom just far enough away to not be disturbed by the kids, a bedroom is just next door for our 2 smallest kids which is nice. Living room and kitchen are just rhe right size. The entire dining room and living room are entirely windowed which makes for an awesome view. The Balcony is a little close to the lower levels and can hear the other tenants when outside but that is not taking away from the whole. One bedroom has a private balcony which my daughter lived. The water parks are a must, they stay open till 11 every night and if it rains your day is not ruined. The owner was always in communication and was very pleasant to deal with. The condo is literally about 15 minutes from anything you could want to do. I feel we will stay with this owner from here on out.
