Connivence to broadway top notch, try and get a lake view room. Looks like the blinds close all all the way on that side. Only one balcony per floor over the lake we requested but with an 85$ up charge. . We got stuck with the parking lot view and the blinds don’t shut all the way due to hvac system right under the window. Twas an early morning Super breakfast … pools looked good.. fix the blinds..

We stay every year the day after Christmas. It’s never crowded, so we normally show up a little early. They wanted to charge $75 for “early check in” even though the room was ready. No thanks. We are also Hilton honors members for many years. One elevator was being “updated”..no big deal - but everything at this point needs to be updated. Also had no shampoo and barely any soap in our bathroom, something you would think housekeeping would check. Anyways - we’ll probably end up coming back next year as usual since it is a great location being part of Broadway at the Beach…but prior years the staff has been a lot nicer (like letting us check in early without paying $75)…if this was a very nice hotel I can understand, but wanting $75 after our room is ready and in these poor conditions…feels like they should of just let us in. Oh well.

Staff was not friendly. I reported that our pullout couch was broken and they didn’t address it or offer to do anything. When I asked if someone could fix it, they said they would send maintenance. Maintenance never came. We could not use the couch.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel! It sits right at Broadway at the Beach. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical for a hotel continental breakfast. The only two negatives were that there is no longer a hot tub (which was still advertised under ammenities) and the hot water for the shower was luke warm, if even that.

Booked for my daughter and her husband anniversary weekend and they loved it. Staff was great too them which was great because they were traveling with infant. So worth the money for them to have a nice room and great service
