Our room wasn't ready for hours after 4pm check in time which led to being unable to shower for an important dinner meeting with important client and next door to a very loud barking dog!! The management only offered a $25 voucher for their establishment ONLY!! The room smelled horrible!! Didn't care for the nonchalant attitude! SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL TAKE THIS TO CORPORATE

The location was ideal, right on the beach, and close to several attractions with a short drive. The housekeeping staff didn’t have time to clean the room every other day, as was scheduled. We had to get new towels, and bathroom tissue from housekeeping personnel, as we spotted them in the hallway, and from the front desk. We had to bag our own trash. We received a $25.00 restaurant coupon for our inconvenience.

Our room had mold all over the ceiling. We didn’t notice until late the first night. Reported this first to a room cleaner the next morning. Probably not her job. When we got ready to leave to go shopping I. Reported to front desk. They did ask if we needed to change rooms,but since we were leaving the next morning I declined. They did send maintenance who came right away. He confirmed mold and also tried to tighten loose commode. He said there had been a large pipe that had busted on 11th floor several weeks ago. In hind site we should have changed rooms but 3 senior women didn’t want to pack everything back up and move.

The only thing I didn’t like that caught me by surprise was the 100 dollar deposit that’s not all going to be refunded back because it’s 25 dollars a day for parking

Breakfast area was pretty, they never pick the trash. When i was registered in the hotel, i paid for oceanfront and they gave me ocean view. When i told the lady i paid for oceanfront, she said cause i bought for expedia, that doesnt mean i choose oceanfront. She said is not good to do hotel by third party. I told her i always do it thru expedia and never had problem. So they rude people, is sad. The pool never was cleaned y the morning, had sand in it. Not recomended.
