The room view was partial/side view, overlooking an abandoned hotel site. Parking was inconvenient, you need to park off site and walk through a sketchy area. I even encountered by a woman with an ankle bracelet. It you wish to have beach chairs you need to rent them for either $30 or $50 per day. I do not remember, since we did not opt to rent. The breakfast restaurant across the street was quite friendly, but not very nicely kept and over priced for what the buffet offered.
