This property was better than I expected it to be. Luke at the front desk was helpful and friendly and gave me a great recommendation for dinner since I had a very late arrival. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Got there late to check in. I then had to wait for someone to show up and let me in as nobody was inside. The next day I got a call that I had to come back in and finish check in because it wasn't all done that night. Last I called for a late check out (which has on the paper we can request) and was told I called too late and that they only give 3 late checkouts a day and they already had 5. If you are going to have these rules they should be stated in the booking. And if you only allow 3 late checkouts then why did you allow 5, why was my reasoning treated differently.
