Great staff. Excellent customer service. Nice and well kept property from the rooms to outside. Awesome breakfast buffet. They could work on communication with room service and bringing items to replenish to the rooms when you specifically stated Do Not Disturb.

Disappointing

Would gave been a good stay if i dudnt get sworn at and called inappropriate names at 4pm by another guest because my kids were bring * loud* . We were at the ice machine for less then 2 minutes and they were not being loud and a guy comes out if his room trying to discipline MY kids. Calls me all kinds of names, swears at me in front of my kids. How the hotel handled this was even more disappointing. Customer service by one of the guys was horrible.

We stayed here when we moved our son into college. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They offer free bottled water that you can just take from the concession fridge. That was such a great perk. The Coastal Grand Mall is 5 min walk and is a pretty decent mall with a movie theatre. The pool is small and old/rundown. But we weren’t there on vacation so it didn’t bother us. 6 minutes to airport. The coffee was actually pretty good. The breakfast offered Belgium waffles that my son loved. The rest of the food was typical continental free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay near the airport for a short in and out trip.
