Good location, however it’s dated, 1980’s decore. Sofa was old with stains. Mattress weren’t comfortable. Kitchen has old , rustic gear and the coffee pot was pretty nasty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place was amazing. We had a 2 bedroom. The beds are really out dated and old. The bed was not comfortable at all. The condo was huge and we spent most of our time at the beach and main pool. The kids had a blast

Disappointing Stay – Not As Advertised I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this one was necessary. If you’re considering staying here, I’d strongly suggest you think twice. The South Hampton looks great from the outside, but don’t let the appearance fool you. Inside, it’s outdated and nowhere near what the pictures online show. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. What really pushed me to write this review was the poor customer service. I had an issue with my reservation, and the lady I spoke to on the phone blamed me for booking through Hotels.com — seriously? That’s not how you treat a guest. Overall, it felt more like a cash grab than a welcoming place to stay. I won’t be coming back.

Overall a great destination. The condo was very dark with overhanging roof and trees. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. The tv took 15 minutes to turn on with multiple remotes. One bedroom, 3/4 bath in fair condition. Staff was wonderful, responsive, and friendly.

Honestly, and as a Christian, i really dislike and rarely leave negative remarks.. BUT AS A DISABLED VETERAN. This is the poorest ive ever been treated at any establishment in Myrtle beach, South Carolina.. Upon arrival , i was told i had to pay resort fees and parking fees. With me being disabled. I called ahead and prepaid all of these fees. I even spoke with a host , she a yoing lady with a nice attitude, so we will call her Zy , for short. So i let her know that with my vehicles we also had two slingshots and a motorcycle. She told me that it was free parking at Nacho Hippo , but i could pay (again) to park in the motorcycle parking since i have a prosthetic leg. The property is huge so the walk from either place was entirely too much for an aging disabled veteran with a prosthetic and am currently battling pancreatitis!! So i asked to speak to a manager. I couldn't keeping standing and waiting so she said ,"lets get you checked in and i will have management reach out to you as soon as possible. NEVER HAPPENED. Im also diabetic so during the wait. I desperately needed to go out and get something to eat before taking my shots. Called for a shuttle for disabled guest. NEVER CAME. Luckily the neighbor , thank God ,asked if i needed a ride. That was only God. So i get to my slingshot, go out to get food. Traffic on the beach was extremely backed up , so i just wanted to get back and take my shot and rest after a 4.5 hour ride. So much more
