Beach Vacation

The location is very nice and easy access to the beach. Having multiple pools kept the kids interested. The room was nice but very used and a bit run down. Floors felt kind of dirty and sheets were clean. Garage parking is horrible for big cars and minivans.

Don't book this suite

Not what was advertised in the pictures much smaller . Dirty !!! Parking is awful. Never once was the room clean . Staff was nice to help with parking and it was on the beach . If you don't mind roaches you might be ok ......I will never ever book this room again. I would rather not stay on the beach and have a nice clean room.

Worst stay ever!!

My experience with my rental property was the absolute worst!! We stayed at Monterey Bay Suites and received absolutely no hospitality. The front desk was absolutely rude and with all the money we paid for our stay we weren’t even entitled to the complimentary breakfast served by the hotel because we were “on an air b&b. My son went to take a shower later that night and when he went to dry off we found poop on his towel. The smell was absolutely disgusting and at that moment I was totally turned off. There was old bread stuffed behind the refrigerator and we also seen roaches in the bathroom. Also, we did not have adequate blankets and sheets for our beds and the ones that we did have were terribly stained with cotton falling out of the pillow cases. There was absolutely no direct communication with the property owner and that’s definitely an issue. When renting the property rather than calling in and speaking with customer service you should be able to message the owner directly regarding any issues. When I did reach out and speak with a customer service agent regarding my issues there was no type of sympathy or any type of offer to compensate me my money back or make me feel better about my stay. I was told issues couldn’t be reported after checking out although they were also reported during my stay!! This has been the absolute worst experience and I will never stay in that dirty place ever again!!!
