Welcome to Palace 2305! This cozy, oceanfront retreat has been beautifully updated and features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a stylish sleeper sofa, making it an ideal getaway for up to four guests.

As of 2025, this property has undergone extensive renovations to ensure a fresh and stylish stay. All of the flooring has been replaced with brand new luxury vinyl plank, the walls have been painted in elegant, modern colors, and the cabinets and countertops have been completely updated with high-end granite finishes. The furniture has also been thoughtfully replaced with contemporary pieces, and the entire condo has been professionally decorated, making Palace 2305 truly stand out.

Upon entering this inviting studio, guests step into the main living area and kitchen. No detail has been overlooked in the fully updated kitchen, which boasts new granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a modern backsplash. The space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Guests have everything they need to prepare a meal or snack at their convenience. For those who prefer to explore local dining, Myrtle Beach offers countless restaurants within a short walk or quick drive from the Palace Resort. Many local eateries provide delivery service, and apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also readily available.

The main living area features a stylish sofa that converts into a bed placed in front of an entertainment center that doubles as a dresser, with a flat-screen TV mounted above for easy viewing. A dining table with seating for two is positioned across from the plush queen-sized bed, which is tucked into a cozy corner of the room. Overhead, a chic chandelier adds a touch of charm and provides just the right amount of ambient lighting.

Toward the front of the condo, guests will find the updated bathroom, designed to offer a relaxing, spa-like experience. This space includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a brand new vanity with extra storage, a well-lit mirror, and a toilet, all finished with modern touches to enhance your stay.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A Walmart is located just around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
