The customer service upon check in was very poor. The best part was Miss D at the breakfast, she was awesome. I did not like having to ask for towels and I have never stayed where toiletries were not supplied. There were no towels available for the pool.

Front desk asked if I had already checked in when we got there. No? We had just driven 4 hours and it was 10pm and I had 2 kids that needed to eat and sleep asap. Instead she looked super confused clicked /called people for 45 minutes - I asked repeatedly what was going on while being ignored. She finally left the desk and came back and said it would be 10 minutes and I could get a card. Once we found the room - parked in a garage that literally had only 1.5" clearance for our SUV (yes we had to look it up) the room was very dirty - sticky dust on baseboards/cabinents/drawers. Floor was only walkable with shoes gummy/sandy. Linens were stajned. It was spacious and had a good sized kitchen washer/dryer. It worked for us, but reasonably many people wouldnt have tolerated it. Luckily we spent most time on the beach and the room wasnt a big deal. There was a live band that played right out the window - again ok for

The room was clean. The resort was clean. I enjoyed the lazy river, that was my first time getting in one. There is also an indoor pool, a spa, a restaurant. There is plenty to do. There were doorman holding the door for the majority of my stay. Everything was nice. I would stay there again.

Expedia shows you a room then they give you a dump l. Expedia shows nice pics ocean views when we arrived we got alley views and no pillows smelled nasty!!! Its all Expedias fault sands does not give you the room you book if you go through 3rd party we had to pack and leave they give you 1st available rooms Expedia is terrible!!

Do not rent rooms 633 or 634

Pur nasty , we all had to use one of the bathrooms because the bathtub was filthy. The furniture in the living room was so dirty i would not let my grandkids sit on them. Honestly they were even disgusted. The carpet! !! We had to wear our water shoes the entire time inside. Room 633 is terrible. The beds were clean and comfy and that were we stayed inside the rooms. Smells like mildew, closet doors . I dont think any improvement has been done since purchase. Its nothing like the postings. BEWARE
