I had called to speak with the manager in advance of our stay to ensure we had an updated room. Upon check in the clerk saw a note that a room was held for us. However he said it had not been cleaned yet. He sent us to a different room which was dated and dirty. He then gave us the right room. No explanations about the hotel so we had to go to the second tower outside in the cold when there had been an indoor connecting hallway no one told us about. No room cleaning, Had to bring down our own towels to get new ones and the last night the alarm sounded at midnight to evacuate the building. Turns out one of the guests had over loaded the washing machine creating a short in the wires and had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes before going back to our room at qurter of 1 AM. I complained about the inconvenience the next morning and I was told by the manager there is nothing they could do as it was out of there hands? It is there hotel, how about placing instructions or a note on the washer to not overload it. No courtesy was extended for our trouble and disrupted sleep. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Room was great, Staff was friendly - Family all had fun. The only thing with the room - I would recommend bringing a blow up mattress for the pullout bed... it was ALL SPRINGS; no exaggeration.

The room was extremely nasty. The first room I received had a bunch of roaches everywhere crawling . As soon as I turned on the light they started crawling everywhere. The floor was dirty not mopped . The second room I looked at had long string of hairs everywhere Floor not mopped at all . Dirty toilets. Then the third room I looked at floor was dirty there was sheet rock falling everywhere. I would say do better with the housekeeping. Nobody wants to pay money to stay in a dirty place . This shows that you don’t value our money or care what reviews we write or what we think . If you did there would be improvements . Do better . We are the customers without us you will not remain open let that sink in .
