This property provided a clean and safe place to stay. Staff was exceptionally kind. Things I didn’t like - the loud music at night and the difficult parking.

Filthy! Our room was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom, kitchen and floors were disgusting. Called about it 3 times and also spoke with manager on duty ( Saturday Night) We had to use towels to cover floor, microwave looked like it has not been cleaned on a year. We left early because it was that disgusting. I can send pictures if you would like. Staff was not concerned with our issue and it was never rectified. I will be reaching out to Expedia with mt complaint. Charges for chairs & Umbrella were outrageous! Parking took an hour to find a spot. Most of the cars DID NOT have a guest pass. I notified to desk and no concern was shown. Would never come back or recommened.

Second time staying here. Very friendly staff they help with unloading and loading The staff hold the door for you. Easy and fast check in and out. The sofa bed was very hard the mattress was deflated, strains on the mattress cover, the sofa bed old needs replacing! The kitchen chair seats were dirty. Other than that I loved the stay and will probably book again. Also enjoyed the band each night.

the location was great however we didn't get the 2 dbl room i booked. the beach chairs towels and umbrella it says they had you actually have to pay for daily. chairs were 50$ also the breakfast buffet was very over cooked and cost 10$

The overall stay was pretty good. All the staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful. I feel like our room itself could have been a little cleaner and the elevators were sometimes slow or broken especially in the parking garage. I liked all the amenities the place had to offer. We will definitely try to go back there if we can.

Overall nice for the price

The resort was great overall though it was a bit dated. The condos are privately owened, and the one we had was very dated and had some damage. Also, they didnt provide all of the kitchen essentials to cook. Guest and room service was AMAZING. Everyone was so friendly. Ocean Annie's Bar had fabulous live music every day right on the beach. River City Cafe was DELISH!

Fabulous stay! Suite1440. Arrived hours early and went in and asked if I would be anble to park there prior to checking in annd they let me check in early! Excellent view. Fast elevator. Super easy beach access. Ocean Annie’s was really fun!! Extra towels were delivered quickly. Will definitely go back.

Ocean Annie's resort/sands ocean club never disappoints! Always clean! Location, location, location cannot be beat! Live music, pools, good parking! I've stayed here multiple times and I have never been disappointed with my room or view! Remember your free water park passes because that is a great perk for the kiddos! Will stay again!

The property needs an update. It still looks as it it did in the 90’s I’m sure. The condo was a nice size but it needs to be updated and properly cleaned. There were stains on the walls, kitchen floor was dirty and so was the shower. Property flooring was not level. I would not recommend anyone to stay at the property. The live band was nice.
