The hotel is in a great spot, with easy access to a beautiful beach where the water was warm and calm—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The location is also close to lots of dining options and Broadway at the Beach. However, the hotel itself had a few downsides: the main floor was often wet and slippery from people coming in and out of the pool and beach, the room had mold, and the bed linens were thin and worn. The towels were a letdown—thin, small, and they left lint on the skin, which wasn’t great. Definitely could be upgraded for a more comfortable stay. Carpets were old and dirty, the elevator was hot, smelly, and had water on the floor. Needs better maintenance, but the beach and location made up for a lot!

Front desk staff is kind of a mess. Needs more training and more help! The parking situation is pretty bad, be prepared to drive for about 20 min in circles to unload. The room was clean, very clean! But stunk like cigarettes, thank goodness for the balcony being open all the time. The carpet by the elevator, someone needs to change those out because it smells like a public restroom. But other than that suit yourself! Loved that it was right in front of the beach and that it had a kitchenette where I made pancakes and eggs and had the whole view of the ocean! Can’t beat that!

Property had a feel of being very old. Handicap parking was very limited. There is no inside dining onsite. Restrooms around the pool areas were not kept clean and stocked with bathroom tissue. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property has very limited handicap parking. Property is very old and needs to be updated. Restrooms around pool areas were never kept clean. Facility needs more signage asking parents to keep their children from running due to fall hazards (wet floors) at the pool areas.

1) The property is very worn and not clean 2) The water park had no supervision, kids doing unsafe things and parents not watching kids. 3) The room door had a sign that says” make sure door is locks” because it didn't always lock. When house keeping exchanged towels after 3 days!!! They didn't make sure door was locked!!! Yes we came back to the door to are room wide open 4) staff very rude and doesn't care about the job 5) booked a room that said “ partial ocean view” beautiful parking lot view. 6) parking was across the street, but loading and unloading was very hard because all the spots that clearly marked 15 minute parking had cars parked over night. 7) pool area very run down Would not recommend this property for any families

The stay was okay. Our balcony smelled like urine but we always bring Lysol and room spray. The parking at this hotel is awful. There were no parks close to registration. U have to park across the street and sometimes it’s so packed we had to wait for someone to leave to get a park.

Cleanliness and staff we had a horrible arrival and departure. After 12 hrs of drive we had to go out and buy cleaning products because it was disgusting, we bought comforters and blankets.
