Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers two queen beds and the third room offers one queen bed. Other features include flat screen smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Great view!

Very nice property. Clean and neat. Fairly newer appliances as best we could tell. Only used the dryer while there. Just a couple of small dings…. Bring your own pillows if you prefer something firmer. Roku remote was missing from middle bedroom. And the room lights, with the exception of the kitchen,were very low wattage. Will definitely recommend to others and book again.

this is a well appointed condo with nice decor. the problem is that all the beds were in horrible condition (mattresses and boxsprings) making sleeping almost impossible. They creaked and were broken down and sagging. the master bedroom mattress had some kind of button sticking up and we had to fold a towel over it to try and fix. Living room sofa and charis were not comfortable. otherwise, we love Southwind and the facility. Cleanliness could be better. mildew in bathrooms and dirt/hair on bathroom floors and corners. floors felt gritty. could have used a good dusting. couldn't get either set of sliding doors to lock but didnt worry too much since we were on the 12th floor. coffeemaker had a broken lid, stovetop needed a deep clean, pots and pans not too good.

Easter holiday family stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The indoor pool was nice, since the outside air temperatures were a little cool, but the children still enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river. Right on the beach and our 12th floor views were spectacular. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy check in and check out.

We really enjoyed the space and had plenty of room for the entire family. The condo was clean and ready when we first entered. We loved the view and the outdoor pools were fun. The indoor pool was closed most of the week which was a bummer.

Good host!

The place we rented had maintenance issues before we arrived, so we were notified that it wasn’t available. The company set us up with a slightly larger rental at a different but equally nice location. The property (island vista) was beautiful, clean and a wonderful spot for families. It was great for our teens and our two girls under 5. They all asked to make our visit an annual trip.
