Upon entering, guests will find the kitchen area located to the left of the front door. As of Fall 2024, the kitchen has received stunning updates including beautiful granite countertops, a brand new backsplash, and a stone feature wall wrapping the outside of the peninsula. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Guests will also find dishes, cookware, utensils, and silverware, making cooking meals or snacks a breeze. A small table with chairs is conveniently located nearby for dining.

To the right of the entrance, guests will find the main living space. This is by far the most relaxing part of the entire condo. This open and inviting space highlights the incredible northern facing ocean views from the 22nd floor. The living area features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser for storage, wall mounted TV, queen sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and thoughtfully arranged furnishings perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Large windows allow natural light to pour in while showcasing beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private bathroom is located just off the bedroom and includes a tub shower combo, sink, mirror, and toilet.


Guests can pack light knowing this condo is fully stocked with essential supplies including toiletries, linens, pillows, quilts, towels, and more, everything you need for a comfortable and stress free stay. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
