This unit sits on the 23rd floor and offers an amazing northern view of the Atlantic ocean. It comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Feel free to pack light as this condo is equipped with all necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, pillows, quilts, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, silverware, coffee pot, toaster and more!

As of 2024, this space was freshly painted and a new couch and dining room table were installed!

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini-golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
