This unit sits on the 4th floor and offers a great view of the ocean and pool! The condo has one queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
This unit comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. Feel free to pack light as this rental is equipped with all necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, pillows, quilts, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils, silverware, coffee pot, toaster and more! This is a small studio with approximately 450 square feet of living space; a perfect beach getaway for 2. Other features include a full kitchen, full-size fridge, microwave, stove, flat-screen TV, plentiful cabinet space, small dining table and chairs, closet space, private balcony, and private bathroom.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
