The hotel employees were very nice! DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO THE 90 MINUTE SEMINAR. It turned into 3 hrs and they were almost like trying to force you into buying a timeshare! The room was very small and the floors were badly scratched up. The dresser was very outdated and one of the drawers kept sliding open. Walls are very thin. Was woken up to the neighbors getting it on for a few hours. I wont stay here again

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Any requested service was followed up on promptly. Its a bit annoying that you are being pushed and talked to over and over again about getting the "welcome packet " in exchange to sitting through the time share sales pitch. We had to decline it numerous times. I understand that this is a big part of the business, but once one says they're nit interested, that should be the end of it. Other than that, it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thank you.

It was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. It was difficult to find the bar and ice cream place. Biggest gripe was they offered 0 nothing, nada for breakfast.
