I was not aware room service is an extra charge these days, I asked for a room close to an elevator because my husband had a difficult time walking distances, we were out at the end of the hall way on the total opposite side from the elevator. Easy to find and parking was simple enough. Check in was easy and efficient, staff were welcoming. Miguel the bartender at Coconut Willy’s was fantastic! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful and fun resort in Myrtle Beach. The lazy river and pools were lots of fun, but the beach access takes the cake! Beach chairs for checkout was a cherry on top! There are a few dining options on the property, with TONS of restaurants and shops close by. The staff was extremely friendly, and being able to text with them for questions or requests was very convenient. The hotel itself, and the surrounding area are very safe.

Music too loud could not enjoy the deck no chair or table in the room ac noisy inside and out on the deck when you put your head on the pillow you could hear the buzz of the ac thru the pillow I don't think the pictures give you an accurate depiction of what you are getting hot tub was a ways from where we stayed
