This condo is our second home located on the 11th flr in the South Hampton high-rise, Kingston Plantation. Newly renovated bathrooms, bedrooms, and restyled throughout. Wide open oceanviews with relaxing accommodations for your beach escape! MAKE NO MISTAKE! The view is the icing on the cake and there are three separate balconies from which to take it all in.

You DO have access to the South Hampton pool.*****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts. *******

Unit was not well maintained. Stove top was literally unusable due to protectors under units and not level.HVAC unit in the master bedroom was so loud that it interrupted sleep numerous times a night.TV in family room would only pick up Spectrum News and we contacted owner and they said someone would contact us but it never happened - Not AcceptableUnit appeared to need regular maintenance and it did notOutlet in family room was not secured to wall posing an electrical problemLock on front door inside was sitting at any angle and did not appear operable.Two outside patios did not have any chairs or tablesIce maker did not workWe would never stay in this unit again - it is not VRBO quality

Great condo

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo this wk. we were down for a dance competition and the location was very convenient for us. Would definitely consider using you again if we are back next year!
