Rooms were clean but lighting is terrible, the shower felt like it was going to pull out of the wall and something was terribly wrong with the AC - at one point our room was 84 ! Hallways were hot too. Hard to sleep- many customers switched rooms but it didn’t help much.

Staff was great and property was nice and clean. Close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. The only issue was there was only one valet worker so it took over 30 minutes to get our car.

The front desk representative Nathan is beyond unprofessional. There was an incident which occurred over something small and he challenged us being the guest. Marriott holds high standards in their hotel chains and I would not expect this behavior to be acceptable.
