Close to the Opry

We stayed for 1 night to attend a show at the Opry. It was close to the opry & airport so Uber rides were inexpensive which was great! Hotel staff were super nice and accommodating when we asked for extra towels and some plates to eat our delivered pizza.

Not impressed at all! Layout of room was terrible! Could barely walk to other side of bed and bathroom was so tiny!!! Very inconvenient! Was suprised for the Hyatt name!!

Great stay

Nice clean hotel with great breakfast with many choices it has gym and seasonal swimming pool which is open in June it’s 20 min car drive to Nashville center. And 5 min drive to Opry place. They charge 8$ parking fee and they have plants parking spots

Everything was good!!! Except your TV’s in the room was horrible!! Not because of the storm. My TV was going in out the entire time I was there! Also some one gave another guess a key to my room. A man almost came in my room at about 1am in the morning but my Latch was on the door!!!

Our stay happened to be a night that there were potential tornados, so when we arrived, we asked to be on the lowest level possible, and they were able to move us to the bottom level. The beds were small and hard. Breakfast was delicious

Great staff, not so great hotel

The only great thing about my stay were the folks working the front desk. Especially the gentleman with the long braids. He went above and beyond. I arrived on Sunday and was hungry and saw that there was a restaurant. I went down to the restaurant and sat at the bar for 20 mins and nobody came. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could order food and he said there were only a few items available. I asked for seltzer. He found one but when I asked for another he didn’t have the original and had to go to another area for a different kind. I settled on fries. At which point he himself went back to the kitchen to make them. It took awhile because he had to heat up the oil. So basically the restaurant was open but the kitchen was not prepared to make anything. The guy checking ppl in was expected to work the front desk, bartend and cook. Crazy. The room was just ok. The pillows are terrible. Would not stay here again. But that guy working the front desk should get a raise.
