We really enjoyed our stay at the condos. It was clean and it was so nice having a washer and dryer and a kitchen. Will be using Sonder as much as we can for travel from now on. It worked out perfectly! Thank you.

The AC went out twice- they eventually fixed it but there wasn’t communication about it. Bed very hard and sinks in middle, same with couch. The showers need a shelf! Room was nice with amenities for laundry and cooking. Overall would stay again.

We have visited Nashville several times, but this is the first staying at this location. Having gated parking with elevator access was a plus. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. It is a bit loud being across from Vanderbilt medical center you will hear frequent ambulance sirens but it did not ruin our stay. We will definitely be using this property again.

Loved the location, overall condition and size of unit. Two of the main overhead bulbs didn't work, and several led bulbs flickered constantly so we were almost in the dark most of the time. Paid for parking, but it was unrestricted so it felt like a waste of money. Microwave handle was broken. Pull out bed was broken, but we made it work...

I would like to share images directly with hotel/property management. It was not clean at all. Surfaces had stains and cream or something on the bed side tables. Was so bad I slept with the light on as I did not feel comfortable or safe.

I have been staying here for weeks now but this experience was bad this week. I got a notification my passcode was changed for me to get here and it doesn’t work. I kept getting told on the phone to try the same passcode that didn’t work which made me frustrated and late for work. After 20 mins maintenance came. Then the next day I was woke up out my sleep by maintenance for them to have the wrong room!! I usually have a great experience but this was not a good experience this time.

Just a few minutes walk to the hospital for my daily treatments made this an ideal place to stay. We saved money using the kitchen that was well equipped to prepare our meals.

The unit was clean. We did have difficulties connecting to wifi but it sorted itself the next day. Bed was too firm for my liking, but was not a deal breaker. Overall, we were satisfied. I would definitely come back.
