Spend the day relaxing at The Royal at Atlantis's private white sand beach, practicing your swing on the golf course, or pampering yourself at the full-service spa. Then enjoy a meal at one of the resort's 20 restaurants.
The Royal at Atlantis offers 1201 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. 32-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

This Paradise Island resort provides wireless Internet access for a surcharge. Business-friendly amenities include desks along with free local calls (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

Guests can play rounds at the 18-hole golf course and enjoy the facilities at the waterpark with a lazy river and waterslides. 14 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with a children's pool. Other recreational amenities include a private beach, outdoor tennis courts, a hot tub, and a sauna.

I was very surprised at the lack of customer service. Most big resorts, the employees are overly friendly and accommodating. The resort was wonderful and our room was lovely.

We really enjoyed our our stay. If you are use to all-inclusive you will have that feel, only thing is that we will have to pay for EVERYTHING!!! In additional to that, keep in mind that this is a cashless resport, so you will have to charge things to your credit card or to the room. When charging things, you will also be charge gratituty so keep that in mind. Overall, I would stay here again and you will really enjoy it.

I had to pay full price for the spa although the original spa was under construction. I was just in a regular hotel room and I felt the spa experience was not there at all. And the lady doing my massage was late.

Some reviews have said that the staff were inattentive, rude, or impolite, but that was not our experience at all. Not one staff member we encountered was unprofessional, and all were very friendly and helpful. I would have given the resort 5 stars overall, however, one of the two beds in the room was incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep well on (the pillows were lumpy and also not comfortable), and the food options were slightly boring and mediocre for the prices. Also beware... The daily resort fee was NOT included in the total price quoted on Expedia, so that fee was an unwelcome addition to the bill at check-out.

The activities were extremely fun and we were never bored! The staff all over the resort were oddly standoffish. We never felt welcomed. It always felt like the tourist was a burden for being there. Most of our servers never smiled except for breakfast at Perch. This was a big hurdle to try to get over while we stayed there. All of the food everywhere was beyond expensive for its quality. Everything was microwaved and like I said, the staff being rude or bored made it worse. Some of the food was borderline inedible because it was left in the microwave too long. We had a really good time when it was just us two by the pool or walking around.

We had so much fun the place it’s beautiful, the weather was perfect, everything is in the resort if you don’t want to leave the place. The staff was rude mainly the females they have attitude lol, for the price and the high end the resort is needs some improvements. The room wasn’t clean, the walls in the hall way were stained from like a water flood. The first day the toilet wouldn’t flush. The power went off for like 15 minutes. The last day the air conditioner stopped working, the elevator kept getting stuck. So for the price I wouldn’t recommend it but the Bahamas is beautiful and we weren’t much in the room so it worked out for us. I did love the water park, restaurants, and the aquariums.
