Cutest boutique room. Room was clean and my room was cleaned and the bed made daily. Staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a sweet relief from the heat and humidity. Loved this hotel!

Clean but with notable issues

2.5/5- The hotel looked pretty, but half of the time the front desk service was lacking in terms of friendliness. The shower took quite a while to warm up, the room took quite a while to cool down (especially in the middle of summer), the Keurig didn't really operate well (it took several tries to brew a cup of coffee), and the USB ports were loose and would not keep the cables in. My partner and I had to take turns using a single wall outlet to charge our devices. The parking cost was quite high but within range of the hotels around it ($53 including tax), but at least there were in and out privileges (which does not appear to be the norm in the area). I also didn't appreciate the additional hotel amenity charges (for amenities that I'm not sure existed). The rooms themselves were clean, but the bathroom towels were tiny. Housekeeping service was tremendous though. I wish the rooms had more storage (particularly drawers to put clothing in). I likely would not stay here again, especially given the prevalence of hotels in the area.

Great hotel!

Loved our stay at the Pelham. Beautiful spacious clean room with lots of small perks like Community Coffee in room and downstairs. Very convenient access to elevator in Annex. Large spacious bathroom with upscale shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only complaint was TV wasn’t working on satellite for 1 of the nights. Maintenance fixed while we were out the next day. Located very close to French Quarter and many restaurants and street car. Would highly recommend hotel. Will be a repeat customer on my next trip to NOLA.

Nice hotel but the staff was just staff not worker

No hot water at night. I texted, the only method recognized, and no response. The front desk were cordial but not workers. Food in the floor and asked for valet and was told to do it myself without the contact number. Room was clean. We have stayed before and knew it was small. But no hot water after a certain time at night was unappealing.

If your looking for a non-commercial style hotel, this old Louisiana gem gives you that charm! Tucked away from the loud and busy streets, the Pelham is a great stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and resourceful and very affordable. Thinking the room would be on the smaller size, it was quite spacious for 3 guests. We felt right at home with comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom that came with many amenities. It was minutes away from all the fun places you want to visit within walking distance. When we did need our car, valet was only a few minute wait. There is a restaurant next door/attached to the hotel called the Ruby Slipper, which was one of the best breakfast spots we ate at! If we ever make it back to NOLA, we will 100% stay there agin!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was satisfactory. The vent in my room was visibly dusty, which made the air feel stale and uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered plumbing issues during my stay — the bathroom toilet did not flush properly and the shower pressure was inconsistent. The Staff is Amazing!!! I expected better maintenance and cleanliness. I hope the management addresses these concerns soon to improve the guest experience.
