Check-in was easy. Wilma on the front desk is lovely and was very helpful. A real asset to the hotel. Our room wasn’t ready but they held our bags whilst we went out and they put them in our room when it was ready. We had a ground floor room near reception. It was noisy at night until early hours, as there is a club near by. Didn’t bother us too much. We had ear plugs! Our room was nice, recently refurbished, had an en-suite with access from the bedroom. We had a junior suite (room 301) with a double bed and a sofa that could be pulled out into a bed. The rooms are compact, but was ok for just 2 of us. Be aware that there is no elevator and there are 5 floors. My advice would be to ask for a room on one of the lower floors (but not ground), with an en-suite with access from the bedroom and a window that looks onto the outside. Some en-suites are accessed via the hallway outside of your bedroom and some rooms have a window, but looks out onto a light shaft. They had a room downstairs where you had access to a computer and printer. Also they had ice, water, juice and hot tea and coffee. Also fresh pastries and trail bars were all complimentary. Overall a good stay for us. Remember, you also have to pay some taxes which are on top of the room rate when you get there. We overheard a few people complaining about this at reception, but it was clearly stated when we booked. Once again, Wilma was great.

Clean and nice hotel. Cheap but good. We had own bathroom. Excellent location. No breakfast but many nice breakfast places nearby. Everything worked great. Check- in and door codes, all worked. Only minus was that there were no luggage room. But we found one very near. We loved this little lovely hotel and we can recommend it. We are also going to get back there.
