We enjoyed our room. Even though it was not ready when we got there and I called ahead to let them know my arrival time was 330pm. We arrived at 335 and my room was not ready which was disappointing, as they let someone extend their stay. Other than that, I enjoyed Barry who was kind

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. The breakfast was modest but plentiful and was a great start to the day. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Although the nearest subway station was a short walk away it was well-connected to various lines which ensured one could travel to all the tourist sites with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brooklyn or looking for a more affordable accommodation.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Loved the popcorn in the lobby and super clean and comfortable rooms (and bathrooms). This is our new favorite spot in Brooklyn.
