The staff was nice. Breakfast staff was lovely. The one shorter lady and another gentleman who work the breakfast everyday need a promotion. On another note, the hotel is outdated and needs work. The shower was extremely small. And whosever design idea it was to put the one set of elevators with a hotel that has 27 floors & tons of guests should be fired. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. But it was a bargain stay, so you get what you pay for.

The room was a good size with a huge comfortable bed. The rooms need upgrading but overall the hotel was clean and the staff were real helpful and friendly.

Staff were excellent. The room was small, but standard for New York. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the fact that they only have 2 lifts to service 30 floors. Special mention to the night staff front desk girl. She was so polite and friendly.

Rooms were very small. No space to unpack your clothes. Smelled heavy of cleaners. Carpets were soaking wet when we arrived and didn’t dry for several days. Assumed they were just cleaned but not very clean. Front desk service was good and quick response with needs.

Rooms are comfy and nice. Staff was great. Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and cheerful. Hardest part is only 2 elevators for over 20 floors. Had to wait for a while for one, but learned to plan accordingly to include the wait time. Would recommend.
