The hotel is overall fair with good views of the city and clean rooms, 5 min walk from Times Sauare & convenience/grocery stores nearby. The elevator, the only method to make it to lobby, stopped working for some time. Rate is too expensive for rooms that are pretty old & privacy sign for room was missing. Check-out and check-in gap is too large, more than 5 hours.

The place would be a five but the breakfast could the most expensive one we have ever had for that quality of hotel. $120 for two people is a little much for what they offer.

Great location for visiting Time Square or catching a show on Broadway. Perfectly positioned for walking to a variety or shopping, eating and entertainment venues. The in house restaurant was beyond our expectation of a hotel restaurant food. Only issue...only 1 elevator was working to get out of the hotel. Very frustrating!

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I spent 5 days here for our 20th anniversary. All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself we very clean and nice. We had a corner room and it was really nice. It needs a bit of updating, the curtains are ripped and the door frame to the bathroom has some water damage. It was fairly clean except a lot of dust in the air vent and along the wall where it blows out. I did find that at night I would get a stuffy nose. Otherwise our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, central to everything and close to a major subway station.
