The hotel over all was ok, great location close to Times Square. They have bedbugs, which we found our last nights stay and the manager just moved our room. That part was handled poorly

The Place to Stay in NYC

Wonderful visit to a beautiful hotel next to Times Square. The rooms were immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. Great shower. I asked the lady at check-in. First to chane my room to 2 double beds instead of a king. Second, I asked for a higher floor. She granted me both requests. The hotel has a great entergetic vibe. Everyone is having a great time

Pros: The location is perfect for theater and getting around Manhattan. The cleaning staff are amazingly kind and do a phenomenal job keeping the property and the rooms spic and span. It is pricey but no more than other midtown hotels. Cons: The rooms are TINY TINY TINY. The 'resort' fees make no sense. Yes the gym is nice but there's no pool, no food of any kind included, and there's not even a coffee maker in the room. Plus there's no accessible water fountains outside the gym and that means there's constant traffic during your workout. Most 'resort fees' include some kind of food voucher or tangible perk. As stands we would definitely NOT stay there again.

BIG FAMILY BED IF THAT WHAT YOU WANT

The reason that I gave an okay review is that in our room with 2 queen beds, they were pushed together like one big bed. That would have been ok if I had only brought my kids but my son in law was with us. Making for an awkward situation. The maid service was poor because she came to our room at 9:00 in the morning we told her we would be leaving shortly, then we came back to our room at 5:30 and it still had not been cleaned. She was in the room next door when we left that morning.

Great location

This was a fantastic place to stay when visiting NYC. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was great. Despite being so close to the Time Square area, there was virtually no noise in the rooms. This is a must stay location
