Nice, but functional issues

Overall it was a nice hotel. There were a few glaring issues though. First there is no soundproofing. We were awakened every morning at 5 am by neighbors with kids who ran the hallways and slammed doors. You could hear full conversations from people down the hall talking at all hours of the day. The worst thing though is the elevator situation. The hotel take over 1 elevator in the mornings for a specific morning event leaving only 2 elevators for over half the hotel. We waited for 25 minutes in the morning just to be able to fit on an elevator. It came by 4-5 times, but was packed with people from higher floors. This was absolutely awful, and happened a number of times.

The hotel showers were amazing. The rooms are kinda small but clean and we didn’t spend a lot of time there. We will definitely stay here again, it is a convenient location.

Great location, friendly service, very clean. Liked that it had some quick food and drink options area in hotel that was reasonably priced. Also liked outdoor seating area.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Lots of yummy choices. At night when we got back to our room had been cleaned and they had given us plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is within walking distance of several theaters, lovely dining establishments and Times Square.
