The hotel is beautiful. The view is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast situation, however is a sh** show. It's extremely overcrowded, packing people shoulder-to-shoulder into the elevators. Then, waiting in line for a table. Then, fighting the crowd to get food and drink. By the time I got to my table, my food was cold because I had to wait in line for each item. There are just too many people to fit into one room. I would rather skip breakfast.

Nice sized room, clean. Good location. Convenient area to get quick small snacks, sandwiches and breakfast foods. Unfortunately, during 2 of our 3 night stay, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Therefore we did not have proper restful nights before very busy touring days.

Location was great if you’re into broadway shows. It very close to most theaters. The room was quite spacious, nicely designed. Bathroom was adequate size. There were complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was amazing. Best free breakfast. What it lacked: microwave and coffee maker in the room. Two of 3 nights we stayed, the fire alarm went off between 12 mn and 2 am, they were false alarms but happened 2 consecutive nights. It kept alarming even after they announced it was a false alarm. They need to fix that.

Some security staff are rude and they had 2 false fire alarms 2 nights in a row in the middle of the night. They have no ice machines on any floor and is fancy for no reason. Their rooms are soo small for the rates each night and they push the queen beds together leaving almost no room for anything.

Room spotless and well maintained. Team provided friendly, competent customer service. Room was comfortable and modern and roomy enough for 3. Location, location, location! Half a block away from the red steps at Time Square, but flooded with lights.

I had to give an okay because the sound proof of the room was none. I could hear every single word said by the next room. The worse was that I could hear the other person on her phone. This is so unmatched to how everything was presented at this property. I will not consider staying here again.

Room was clean. One staff, Treona, was very rude and did not include breakfast with our stay, manager was receptive and gave complimentary breakfast, but gave an excuse for staff. Each day of our stay we had to stop at front desk for something- not how I would have expected. Car service didn’t let us know that car not available the day of our play- poor customer service.
