I liked how convenient the location is for all the attractions/restaurants in Niagara Falls. I was a little confused with finding my hotel room at first due to the layout. Overall I had an amazing stay once I figured out where my room was.

Our jacuzzi room was awesome. The staff were great and had no problems coming to us twice for two issues we had (we just couldn’t figure out how to turn the tub on). The room could use a lick of paint and some TLC, however we had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Overall experience was 4/5. The air conditioner/ heater is very noisy and we also could hear the bass from the nearby nightclub. Other than that the property was spacious and worth the money spent.

Celina at front desk was great. She helped us get settled in acknowledged our late check-out requests and was ever willing to help with any information. The only negative was that we found a small stain on our bedsheets it was too late in the night and after a long day of walking all over niagara we just went to bed.

A bit disappointing

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights from April 16th-18th 2025, we are not picky by any means and not ones to complain. I wasnt planning on leaving a review as I didnt want to leave a negative one but I have been sent 2 requests now to review the stay. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed as it seemed over priced for the quality compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Niagara. The cleanliness and upkeep of the pool was not good and it was very cold. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the room was relatively clean looking but the hall and right at our door smelled very bad, almost like cat pee. The service was polite and quick, when we asked for extra towels they were very quick to bring them up. My kids had a great time (as it was their 1st hotel experience)despite these issues. It is very close to Cliffton hill so that was nice. Unfortunately the price was a bit much and having to pay $17/night parking and $15/ person for basically glorified continental breakfast We were hopeful but will look else where for our next visit.

Horrible experience with noisy guests. You can hear everything in the halls. No soundproofing. Guest were parked with chairs in the hallways till 4am making noise. Called front desk several times and nothing was done. Rooms are outdated. Mouldy smell. Water leaks on ceilings. This hotel needs heavy renovations. Won’t ever stay here again.
