Disappointing experience

As European travelers, we were very surprised by the number of additional charges not mentioned at the time of booking — including parking and extra fees. Despite booking for three people (two adults and a child), the room was not prepared for a third person. Our 13-year-old son was considered an adult, and we were charged extra for his stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Even when the extra bed was finally brought to the room, there were no pillows or duvet, and we had to ask again. On top of everything, they charged us extra for the bed itself. Overall, the service was extremely poor and disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view but the hotel could use some updates. Doesn’t even have movie channels or tv check out. Elevator is a pain as well.
