I was impressed most with the staff. I was always greeted in a friendly manner that was followed by a warm friendly smile. The Grand Cafe always had seating no matter what time of day. I was greeted using my first name and I looked forward to another dining experience. No matter where I was in the resort, the staff was always impeccable.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The lazy river was good fun use the life vest the donuts are slow. The recent renovation are great and really updates the hotel.
