Renovated with an Open floor plan w/ LR, DR, Kitchen, washer & dryer. King bed in master, 1 queen bed and a full over full bed in second bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be out of the condo by 10:00.Wash ALL TOWELS & Dishes & put them away. When you leave the condo please put all used comforters in the hallway in front of the washer. Turn the thermostat To 72
Put all sheets & pillowcases in the washer & start it. Put all decor/furniture back the way it was when you arrived Take all food from the cabinets and fridge. . Take all your trash to the dumpster.
If the linens and comforters weren’t used please keep those beds made. Turn off all the lights. Leave the curtains & window blinds open. Please leave on the wax cube warmers& add a new wax cube
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
