The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on little things that are needed in daily use.
The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.
Normal rentals are simply email each month with your wishes or your schedule.
During your stay at this resort, you're just a quick walk from Ocean Boulevard. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities.

Beautiful location

I rented here so that I would be close to friends. I like to walk and selected this particular location because of the quite street to walk on along the ocean. I did not have one of the renovated rooms so I cannot rate the rooms accurately. The room was nicely stocked with water and snacks.

Fabulous stay!!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. We had a wonderful time!!! Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach with wonderful sunrises. Can’t wait to stay again!!!

We will be back!

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. It’s a great area for walking and a very short drive to many restaurants. A very homey atmosphere with only 17 units so you get to know some of the neighbors. It is very well managed and if you need anything, it will be taken care of very quickly. Loved the pool and the beach is a short walk down a quiet street.
