I accidently booked this hotel. It was adequate for what I needed but it is definitely not on par with the hotel I intended to book as far as service. Breakfast was not edible. The bed was lumpy and old feeling. Housekeeping will barge in your room at 9 am on the day of checkout and rush you out of the room while not speaking English. Incredibly rude cleaning staff. Parking was difficult to find an open spot. Overall not a great experience.

Great stay. I felt safe and the service was friendly. It makes me want to stay at Hampton Inn in the future. One suggestion... have fuller pillow - they flattened out even with multiple pillows.

It has been a good stay. I noticed our desk chair was in bad shape, so the next morning I told the hotel attendant. When we returned to our room after a full day of meetings, there was a new chair in the room. That counts for a lot to us!

I stay here whenever I'm in OKC. The desk staff are friebdly abd efficient especially A. My room was great.Bed was confortable and pillows were great! Breajfast was standard Hampton breakfast.

I checked in and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was very obvious dirt marks on the ledge. The light switch had a night light that reflected in the mirror and was bright and difficult to sleep. The refrigerator was noisy and kept making us think the door was opening. The curtains didn’t shut all the way and there were tiny holes that made it look like stars were coming in. The couch cushion was so flat. The bright spot to the stay was the kind front desk and how they decorated.
