They didn't provide room service and we had to request clean towels repeatedly. The toilet ran constantly and the shower water temperature was like a rollercoaster, cycling between hot to cold to boiling every 20 seconds.

The room was alright, however towels and sheets were stained. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it offered hot breakfast, but there was not enough food for all the guests.

Disappointed

Expected a higher quality room. They tried with some paint and newer flooring. Work done was very poor quality, lipstick on a pig. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Somewhat transitional facility, appeared there were some permanent guests whose only meal of the day was breakfast provided by the hotel.

Disgusting. I rarely write negative reviews. This facility is an absolute dump- cigarette butts all over, wet pillows & linens, pubic hairs, left over toothpaste. Rough looking guests and a policeman even cruised through the pool mid-day. Loud by freeway and airport traffic. The smell in the room was over the top toxic chemical smelly, the couch had stains and the freezer leaked- remote control intermittently worked and lots of rooms were under construction with junk stuffed all over. Staff was kind enough. Rough place, one of the worst stays in my life. I can’t how much we paid for such a sh*t hole!

is not a place for confort and every time we needed something we have to come get it from the front desk because there was not personnel the only goo thing was the breakfast and the lady taking care of the breakfast
