Liked: Good location. Fast and quiet elevators. Breakfast was solid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room set up is different, but nice with sink outside of bathroom. Two tvs - one in bedroom and one in living area. Disliked-Too cold in common areas. Lacks coffee in the lobby before Breakfast times, unless you spend 4.00 from a fancy machine. Shower pressure a bit low on 6th floor. Overall a pleasant stay.

The location was good. I was expecting to see the lights on outside the building- like the picture- but they weren't on. The lobby was nice, cool, and smelled fresh, so we expected the room to be the same. It wasn't. It smelled and was warm. It took awhile foe the hot water to come. Why is the bathroom light outside the bathroom!? My kids were not fond of the old tv with cable. Other hotels have options to log in to Netflix. This place makes you pay to watch movies. The breakfast was below average. We were not impressed.

The bathrooms had stains on the wall with UV light as well as the carpet in the bedrooms. It was ok overall. It’s not like we slept on the floor.

Overall pretty nice property and great service. The pool was nice but needs to be cleaned of the tree droppings more often. The breakfast was great but the coffee could be better with bigger cups and more sweetener options (there was no Splenda or Stevia). On a Saturday night, there were almost zero parking spaces available due to the hotel allowing attendees for an event at the adjacent hotel to use their lot....this angered us but luckily we got a spot...they need to keep spots available for guests. The hot water wasn't hot enough, it was just very warm...it needs to be hot for a hotel. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Overall a really good experience and would stay again.
