The room itself was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing! Unfortunately, we did not get the pool view we paid for, and the amenities were lacking due to maintenance we were not informed of. There was just a lack of attention to detail that could have been easily avoided and would have made this stay much better. With all the options available in this area, I'm not sure if I would choose this hotel again.
Entire area of pool deck closed on a Saturday.
Trash like this all around the pool and was still there 3 hours later.

Very nice property overall - visited for a professional conference. The room was bigger than expected, pool was nice, and staff very friendly (my daughter enjoyed the flamingo scavenger hunt and prize!), Starbucks is available in the lobby. The rum cake ice cream in the Marketplace was very tasty! The only issue we encountered on the entire trip was hair found in our soup (reported to customer service since we had ordered it to go & left - didn’t want others to find this also).

The pool was beautiful with lots of chaise lounges. Property is well maintained, the staff were all very friendly & very convenient to Disney Springs. Plus the hotel is beautiful.

Good for families, great pool facilities, has a slide. Suites are large, luxurious, bathrooms are lovely. Only gripe would be that there never(this is our 3rd stay here) send to be any handicap parking. If you're thinking about staying, dont think twice, just do it, you won't regret it
