Terrible terrible terrible customer service, this morning my car got ruined by the landscapers trimming trees. Dirt, branches and debris fell inside car spilling coffee cup that was inside all over front seats, dirt all inside from trees. The area that they were trimming the trees should have been closed off for parking during that time! When I told the front desk, they came back and replied that the manager stated it was my fault because the sun roof was left open! I paid almost 40$ a day for parking on top of the resort fee and my car gets ruined by the landscapers! The manager did not even come to speak to me personally or ask to see the damage to the car! Very unprofessional and very poor customer service! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Horrible horrible customer service very disappointed. The landscaper blew all sorts of leaves twigs and dirt into my car spilled my coffee all over my car and the manager didn’t even seem to care about it saying it was my fault. I left the sunroof open. Meanwhile, I’m paying an extra $40 to park there. I feel like going to contact a lawyer about this very very unprofessional and unfair.

It is a great lace to stay. Great accommodations. And Amenities. Only thing I can say is that our family had 2 different rooms a villa and a regular suite. And the shower water would not get hot enough. It was warm.

The workers at the basketball court wouldn’t even let me and my son play when I paid the resort fee and it was included in the stay. Also, it shows on Expedia that free shuttle service is provided to Disney parks and back and also to Disney Springs. I tried to get shuttle service to Disney Springs and they told me no I wasn’t able to get a reservation. I had a Uber each time which ended up costing me over $200 in Ubers and I only stayed at this hotel because it stated on the website they provide free shuttle service.
