Water in shower didn’t really get that hot. Even with 2 bathrooms, only one person could shower at a time because the water was lukewarm at best. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and felt like a box spring. The villa itself was nice, but those were my only two complaints about the villa. The front desk staff were very nice. The restaurant staff was okay. My 50 minute facial wasn’t actually 50 minutes. Overall, it was good especially for the price which I thought was reasonable for a 2 bedroom villa. The pool area and bar was nice too. I would maybe come back here, but it didn’t exceed my expectations at all.

My best friend and I have made it an annual tradition to go and stay for a few days. The restaurants are awesome, the staff is extremely friendly, the service wonderful, and all the amenities are just amazing. Everywhere is clean as housekeeping does a terrific job. The valet service is excellent. Pool and poolside service are both wonderful and relaxing. Just love this place!

The hotel looks beautiful, upon arrival we took the offer to upgrade to a “villa”, while called the villa it’s actually a two bed two bath condo located in a 4 story building. The apartment was very clean and nice. Both bedrooms were very spacious. Main bath was also very clean and spacious, the second bathroom was very small and outdated. In order to get to a dining area for breakfast we had to walk to a different building, we opted for a breakfast buffet which was nice but had limited options for the price. The cost for breakfast buffet is quite high standing on 27$ per adult and 15$ for any child over 10 years old. For a family of 5 we paid 148$ including 18% gratitude which automatically included. The pool in the main building had nice waterfalls and a small slide for kids but it’s a smal pool. All in all it’s a nice hotel but next visit we will try a different one.
