This hotel is not worth the price. I stayed in the villas, rugg was dity, furniture outdated. Bed sheets and linens were layers of hospital sheets. Had to have the toilets unclogged abt 4 times in one day. WAYYYYYYYYY overpriced. Charged an additional $35 dollars a day for parking...that was and will be the last time I visit this place. I stayed at homewood suites at flamingo crossing and I should have rebooked. Never again. I live in florida and spent about 2 times my rent and couldn't wait to come back home. $3k down the drain. Homewood Suites at Flamingo crossings I paid less than $700 for exceptional service and the hotel was spotless. Save your money and book something else.

The only complaint I have was tipping house keeping through the room link before leaving for the day, then coming back and it wasn’t cleaned. Mind you we left around 10am and returned around 4 or 5 and the room still wasn’t cleaned. It was our last full day at the resort. We checked out a day later.

Great place overall few imperfections

This place is an amazing place to stay. The AC is horrible. I believe when you play for a hotel room you should be able to put the AC at where you are comfortable. We had to ask for a fan. There was no parking Friday night due to an event. I think the parking fees on top of the resort fees are ridiculous.

We really enjoyed our stay—literally everything on-site was convenient, from the wide variety of food options to the complimentary shuttle to Disney. The only downside was the pool area. If you actually want to enjoy the pool during peak hours, it almost feels like you’re required to rent a cabana, which is on the pricier side. I also think all pool chairs should include umbrellas—those come at an extra cost too, which makes simply relaxing by the pool a bit less accessible. Additionally, I’m not sure if there are scheduled cleaning breaks, but I believe there should be. There were several times I had to remove clumps of hair from the water just to swim comfortably. A bit more attention to pool maintenance would really improve the experience.
