We did not use the hot tub and grankids loved the pool and slide.lots of families with children and they had a bladt. Rooms were very clean, had to keep asking for coffee and cream but delivered asap.Bed was not very soft but probably fine for most. Bathroom sink located outside the bathroom, prefer inside, but wasn't an issue. Stayed on 10th floor, elevators were quick. Hotel convenient to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal. Will definitely return.

My stay at Caribe Royale was a bit disappointing. This was my third time there and it will be my last. My stay at room 1046, the air conditioner was not functioning well. The room was warm. I called the front desk, two technicians arrived that did not know what they were doing and i had to wait for two other technicians to come and they were unable to fix it while we were in the room. It just had to be bypassed n left cold at all times. I was able to deal with it, when i couldn’t, i slept in the living room. The pool area was very crowded the weekend i was there. Many lounges had towels on them with noone laying on them, which made it difficult to find an available lounge. The lounges that were available had mold all over them. They need to be cleaned properly. My husband and I went to the Venetian chop house for our anniversary and it was very disappointing. We ordered from the Orlando Magical Dinning menu, however there was no steak on the fixed menu. Not sure why a steak was not on the pre fixed menu, when much more upscale steak houses do. Such as Ocean Prime steak house. Or at least give you an option for an upgrade to chose a steak, Venetian chop house gave you an option for an upgrade for shrimps or lobster, but not steak. Although, this hotel is clean and well kept, except for the pool lounges, my stay was not as comfortable as my previous times.

The hotel is really nice, security was great. The shuttle to the parks barely had decent times. I had to uber home every day. Also the pool isn’t heated. It was ice cold and 80 degrees out. Otherwise great hotel.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. It was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room (2 beds) for our teens. Spacious with living room, full kitchen and even in-unit laundry. Great value and better alternative to 2 adjoining rooms. We also enjoyed Starbucks on property and great pool area with slide and hot tub.

Everyone was friendly, it was clean. The atmosphere was calming. We really enjoyes our stay, just wish it was longer! We did eat at the Calpso, the food was fanastic! We went over to the market and grabbed a couple of cookies and they were wonderful!
